Hispanic Outlook Magazine Spotlights SAC in Annual Rankings

San Antonio 大学 has been recognized in several areas for serving Latinx students by Hispanic Outlook in Higher Education, the national publication that focuses on issues related to Hispanic education and institutions of higher learning.

Hispanic Outlook released its annual issue at the beginning of the fall semester ranking “Top Schools for Hispanics.” SAC placed in the Top 20 among two-year colleges for Hispanic Enrollment and placed twice in the “Top 10 for Majors” category - once for computer information systems and for engineering as well.

“San Antonio 大学 is honored to be included in the rankings of the best colleges and universities in the nation for Hispanic students,” said Dr. Robert Vela, president of SAC. “We have been designated an Hispanic Serving Institution with more than 60 percent Latinx student population. Every day we rise to the challenge of serving their needs in order for them to graduate with a certificate or degree.”
