      The conference series, now in year three, emerges from the efforts of students in the campus wide leadership development and civic engagement initiative known as Public Leadership in Faith and Social Justice Traditions (Public Leadership).

    • Free STI/HIV Testing from the San Antonio AIDS Foundation

      SPC students, faculty, staff, and community are invited to receive free testing, education services, and freebies from the San Antonio AIDS Foundation (S.A.A.F.). Look for their table at the Center for Learning Resources on MLK campus. All services & testing are confidential, and not reported to the Alamo Colleges.

    • HBCU Transfer Fair

      Recruiters from Top Regional HBCU's will be available to speak with students about transferring to a traditional HBCU. Information, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities, will all be available.

    • Tiger PAWS Literary Art Journal

      Tiger PAWS is currently taking submissions. Student submissions must be original, unpublished work. Written works will be submitted to Turnitin.com. Students must certify that the work is their original composition, poem, photograph, or artwork.

      Students may submit a total of five (5) works. The submission deadline is Sunday, March 10, 2024. Files submitted online must be in PDF, Word, or JPEG formats. Fine art may be taken to the Rose R. Thomas Writing Center in CWN 317 to be photographed or scanned.

    • Alamo Colleges District Student Trustee
      The 2024-2025 Alamo Colleges Student Trustee application is now open! The Student Trustee serves as an advisor to the Board and is a liaison between the students and the Board of Trustees and Chancellor, while gaining leadership experience and ensuring that students participate in district governance.

      The sixteenth bi-annual version of St. Philip’s Walk Across Texas event will begin on Feb. 05, 2024.

      Walk Across Texas is a friendly competition to promote health and wellness. It is based on the honor system with you reporting/recording your mileage to your captain or directly to the Google doc.
