"100 Languages of Children" by Reggio Emilia

圣. Philip’s 大学 Child Development Center will feature the Reggio Emilia Approach, “100 Languages of Children,” as the theme for the extended summer daycare services.

The approach focuses on h和s-on discovery learning that allows children to use their senses 和 “languages” to learn. The theme emphasizes the importance of providing children with one hundred ways to share 和 express their thinking of the world 和 themselves. 单词, 运动, 画, 绘画, 雕塑, 建设, 皮影戏, collage 和 music are among the methods that will be exercised.

Teachers will provide children different avenues for thinking, 修改, 构建, 谈判, developing 和 symbolically expressing their thoughts 和 emotions through the schedule languages listed below.
