St. Philip’s College is proud to recognize nine employees who recently graduated from the 2020 Emerging Leaders Program (ELP). ELP is designed to prepare high potential employees for leadership positions by giving them the necessary mindset, skill sets and tools to make that possible. The program is six months in duration with Alamo Colleges Leadership Academy for Success (ALAS) grads serving as mentors.

ELP produces highly qualified individuals ready to compete for and assume positions of greater responsibility in both leadership and management. Graduates were honored in a virtual celebration hosted by the Alamo Colleges District. During the ceremony, Vice President for Student Success, Dr. Mordecai Brownlee, received the Trusted Leader Award.
